Added bonus: she multi-tasked while holding my toddler who immediately reached for her when she came in haha. Rachel made sure we were worked into earlier staging and photography appointments and was quick to respond to my multiple texts, emails and calls when we were showing. As a seller, the most important thing to us (and probably most people) was selling our home quickly for the best price possible. Rachel got us our asking price in just 3 days. Rachel helped my wife and I find a home a few years ago. Before going to her, I found homes I liked but my wife did not, and vise versa. Then Rachel was able to put a list together for us to tour, we like them all!
